Cycle 1 - Day 5 - Breakfast

@ TimeOfFoodening Meal: 2 Eggs and Cheese, Low cal English Muffin Carbs: 2g + 26g Calories: 91+91+100+250 Total carbs so far: 28g Total calories so far: 532 Carbs left: 52g Decided to try an english muffin since I am "allowed" a grain at breakfast now.  It was ok, really didnt miss it.. I think I'm going to sub it out for some Pico de Gallo instead. Much Better Muffins

@ 5:20am, 8:00am, 12:30pm, 3:30pm, 7:00pm Meal: Lots of food!  I kind of didnt have time to blog this all yesterday. Breakfast: Chasu, 1 egg breakfast snack: 2 bratwurst, 1/4 grilled onion Lunch: Beef Tounge! snack: Prunes Dinner: Italian Sausage, Chicken Apple Sausage, Green Salad, ramano cheese Total carbs: 6g + 5g + 7g + 8g + 26g + 3g + 3g = 58 Total calories: 78 + 286 + 520 + 25 + 253 + 115 + 391 + 180 + 16 = 1864

@ 7:00 Meal: Shashimi! Doozer Sticks, cucumber Carbs: 0g + 4g + 3g Calories: 217 + 16 + 8 Total carbs so far: 36.76g Total calories so far: 1186 Carbs left: 43.24g

@ 2:24pm Meal: Roast Turkey Slices Carbs: 2g Calories: 80 Total carbs so far: 29.76 Total calories so far: 945 Carbs left: 50.24g Mmmmmm vacu-sealed turkey product... Oh crap!  They found me!
